There are a number of student debt relief scams happening.
One is particularly sophisticated.
They will often be an actual person instead of a machine, claiming to be a part of various companies who do student loan relief.
Two that i am familiar with are “student loan doc” and “student loan defense center”
These are absolutely scam companies. They work by using “authorized push scams” where they get you to authorize payments.
I miraculously somehow got my money back, but understand they had no intention of reducing my student debt payments.
Always work directly with your lender and no one else when it comes to reducing payments.
PS: dont call for student debt relief when you are on 2 hours of sleep in a 48 hour span of time.
